Healthy, growing pastors are essential for developing healthy, growing churches. The Developing PastorsTeam exists to support and resource our pastors.

This team focuses on supporting pastors with practical needs during hard times as well as creating opportunities for training, mentoring, coaching, partnerships, assessments, consultations, and whatever other means we can access to resource these men of God so they can continue to grow in their ability to lead, equip, preach, and impact their community for God; keeping in mind every pastorate is unique.

Healthy, growing churches share the gospel and develop strong disciples of Jesus Christ who impact their community with a positive and compelling witness. This team exists to partner with pastors and churches in our Association who want renewal, strengthening in a given area, or complete revitalization.

Healthy, growing pastors, and healthy, growing churches cooperate together to develop new churches to reach new communities or existing communities with a clear, compelling, and stable witness for Jesus Christ.

The Starting ChurchesTeam focuses on working with existing pastors and churches to develop strategic plans, leaders, participants, networks, and resources to develop successful constituted new churches in our Association.
